Innovation Discovery Center (IDC) partners with healthcare organizations to develop and deploy AI-enabled clinical systems, combining engineering rigor, clinical expertise, and real-world deployment experience across global technology stacks. 



We are recruiting Full-Stack Engineers and Interns who use AI-assisted development tools as part of their daily workflow. This role requires the ability to collaborate on technical work in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). You’ll work on production-grade clinical software deployed across U.S. and China cloud environments. 



What you’ll do

Build backend services that power clinical decision logic
Develop clinician-facing interfaces that support real-world workflows
Work with structured healthcare data in secure, well-documented pipelines
Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, test, and iterate
Participate in code reviews focused on correctness, performance, and safety


We’re looking for someone who

Has experience shipping real software. 3+ years for engineers; strong projects or internships for interns
Is comfortable working across backend, frontend, and data workflows
Is able to use AI tools in their development process
Understands the basics of security and data protection for sensitive systems
Is fluent in Chinese and comfortable working in China’s developer ecosystem. English proficiency is helpful but not required, our team supports bilingual collaboration and translation where needed
Has exposure to cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud or AWS


Intern candidates should demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and hands-on project experience.
