AppRabbit is a fast-growing startup building software for the fitness and coaching industry. We're looking for an engineer who can think critically from a customer perspective and implement solutions across backend, frontend, and mobile. The ideal candidate understands the challenges of working in a startup and how to balance speed with long-term scalability.


Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain features across backend, web, and mobile
Develop and maintain scalable APIs and application logic
Contribute to mobile app development and deployment
Collaborate closely with product and operations to ship quickly and iterate
Balance speed with code quality and long-term maintainability
Take ownership of projects from concept through production


Requirements
5–7 years of professional experience in software development
Strong experience across frontend and backend development
Experience building and deploying production applications with active users
Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly


Preferred Experience
Mobile app development, especially Flutter
Flutter Web experience is a strong plus
Backend/API development with Nest.js
Integrating and managing Stripe APIs
Experience using LLMs and AI in real production workflows
