About the job
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web services and RESTful APIs
Build and integrate with third-party APIs
Develop cloud-native applications within Microsoft Azure
Participate in CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
Perform performance analysis, capacity management, and troubleshooting across distributed systems
Apply SOLID principles and secure coding best practices
Collaborate in Agile (Scrum) development teams
Contribute to architecture discussions and solution design
Required Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on Java development experience
Experience building Web APIs and RESTful services
3rd-party API integrations
Tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler
Front-end exposure (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS)
Python experience (nice cross-functional plus)
Git or similar version control systems
Production experience with Azure DevOps
CI/CD pipeline experience
Unit testing (Jasmine, Karma, XUnit)
Integration & load testing (JMeter)
Serverless Azure Compute (Azure App Services, Azure Functions)
Strong understanding of SOLID design principles
Preferred Experience:

Azure Event Hub, Service Bus
Azure Storage (Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL)
Azure Search, SharePoint Search, Lucene syntax
Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML)
Strong SQL skills (query tuning, indexing, performance optimization)
