The Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our Product & Engineering team. You'll help build and scale VibeOne, our client-facing platform.
This is a core engineering role-not a machine learning or data science position-though you'll work closely with LLMs and their APIs as part of the product.
As an early team member, you'll have significant influence over technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering culture. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants to shape something from the ground up.

What You'll Do
Work closely with our Director of Product and Head of AI to develop and expand VibeOne.
Collaborate with domain experts in drug development and gain exposure to biotech and pharma R&D.
Architect scalable systems, implementation processes, and deployment pipelines.
Manage and extend our tech stack with an eye toward best practices and long-term maintainability.
Integrate and orchestrate large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) via their APIs.
Build an engineering culture that minimizes friction—investing in tooling, testing, and peer support.

Qualifications
Required:
4–5 years of full-stack software engineering experience
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred) and backend/database tools (PostgreSQL, AWS)
Experience building applications from scratch, including front-end architecture decisions
Working knowledge of LLMs and core concepts (tokenization, RAG, context windows)
Familiarity with Python and JavaScript
Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote startup environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Nice to have:
Experience building agentic LLM workflows
Familiarity with LLMOps tooling (vLLM, SGLang)
Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks
Web scraping experience
Visual design sensibility for information-dense interfaces
Experience with vector databases
Background or interest in biotech/pharma (not required)
