Meldcore is a software company building multiple SaaS products and websites.
 Our entire stack runs on Next.js and NestJS with TypeScript end-to-end.
 Engineers work across products, not just one.


 We are an AI-native engineering team. We build with Claude Code as a core part
 of our development workflow. This is not optional and it is not a side
 experiment — it is how we ship software every day.


 That said, AI-native does not mean AI-dependent. We require highly skilled
 engineers who can architect systems, define clean domain models, adhere to
 coding standards, and make sound technical decisions. Claude Code is a tool,
 not a substitute for engineering judgment. In fact, the biggest part of
 successfully implementing AI Native engineering is that you must have strong
 engineers driving the process so that they can make sure that the AI stays
 within the guardrails. Your role is to direct the AI, review its output
 critically, and ensure that what ships meets the quality and architectural
 standards of the company. We need seasoned engineers and architects who bring
 real depth across the full stack — system design, data modeling, API
 architecture, frontend — and use Claude Code to deliver at a pace that
 wouldn't be possible without it. The AI amplifies your ability. It doesn't
 replace it.


 Stack:
 - Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, TanStack
 Query
 - Backend: NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL
 - Testing: Jest integration tests, Playwright E2E
 - Infra: AWS, monorepo structure, migration-driven schemas
 - AI Tooling: Claude Code


 Day-to-day work:
 - Architecting systems across multiple products — data models, service
 boundaries, API design
 - Shipping features end-to-end: migration, entity, service, API, frontend, and
 tests
 - Integrating third-party APIs (telephony, email, EHR systems, payment
 processing)
 - Building multi-step UI flows and complex form interactions
 - Moving between products as priorities shift


 What we're looking for:
 - Strong software architecture skills — system design, data modeling,
 separation of concerns
 - Deep TypeScript experience across both frontend and backend
 - Ability to define and enforce coding standards across a codebase
 - Productive experience working with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools in
 a real production workflow
 - Comfortable writing integration tests against real databases with real
 authentication
 - Able to pick up an unfamiliar codebase and contribute quickly
 - Good judgment on when to abstract and when to keep things simple
