We are a small but mighty, fully-remote team, who are laser focused on delivering business and user impact, through a culture of kindness, respect, and persistence.


Responsibilities:

Help define the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs
Implement and maintain product features to better support our enterprise clients
Participate in our on-call rotation and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with other engineers to continuously refactor and optimize our current codebase and infrastructure


Experience:

3+ year of software engineering experience
Experience using React or React Native for developing client-side applications
Bonus points if you’ve built and released a native mobile app
Experience designing, documenting, and developing API services in Javascript
Experience with data persistence using relational databases and caching strategies
Nice to haves:
Experience integrating with 3rd party services such as payment gateways, employee benefit admin services, SSO providers
Experience with containerization (Docker, AWS ECS)
Experience with cloud-based build and deployment infrastructure, such as AWS Code Pipeline/Build/Deploy
Experience with automating native app release processes


More Details:

This is a full-time, fully remote position
Candidates must be located within the Americas, and able to work virtually alongside teammates in US timezones (either PST or EST is fine)
