About The Role:



We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with deep frontend expertise to own and evolve our enterprise web platform, while contributing meaningfully across the backend.

Requirements



Frontend (Primary):



4+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript
Strong experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions)
Proficiency with server-state management using React Query (TanStack Query)
Experience with form management (React Hook Form) and schema validation (Zod)
Solid understanding of SCSS/SASS and component-scoped styling (CSS Modules)
Experience with component libraries such as Bootstrap, PrimeReact, or similar
Familiarity with data visualization libraries (Recharts, Chart.js, or equivalent)
Experience implementing authentication flows (NextAuth.js / Auth.js, JWT, session management)
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser considerations


Backend (Secondary):



Working proficiency with Python and Django (Django REST Framework or Django Ninja)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and writing efficient queries
Experience consuming and/or building GraphQL APIs (Hasura experience is a plus)
Understanding of REST API design and integration patterns
Comfort reading and contributing to backend services, writing migrations, and debugging across the stack


Infrastructure & Tooling:



Experience with Git workflows (feature branches, PRs, code review)
Familiarity with Docker for local development
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
Comfort deploying to Kubernetes or cloud-managed container services (DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP)
Nice to Have: 



Experience with SvelteKit (we have an admin panel built in it)
Familiarity with Stripe integration (payments, Connect, webhooks)
Experience with Mapbox or similar mapping libraries
Exposure to real-time notification systems (Knock, WebSockets)
Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and RBAC
Interest or experience in computer vision or ML/AI integration (Python, PyTorch, OpenCV)

You might have work experience in retail at some point in life and understand how stores operate
You are not scared of the hardest problems.
