🛠 What You’ll Do

Build enterprise-grade applications across web and mobile platforms

Develop clean, scalable, and well-tested code on both front-end and back-end

Collaborate directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions

Lead features end-to-end — from planning and architecture to deployment

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Improve performance, security, and scalability in every project

Embrace DevOps best practices including CI/CD and test automation

Help shape engineering standards and suggest tech/process improvements

🧠 What You Bring

Strong experience across the full stack (JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular + backend with Node.js, .NET, or similar)

Solid understanding of front-end styling frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or CSS

Cloud experience with AWS or Azure

A sharp eye for application performance and security

Strong communicator with client-facing experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Fluent English communication skills required

Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams

Background in consulting or agency environments

Familiarity with test automation and continuous delivery
