We are currently looking to connect with a highly capable full stack engineer who enjoys building real products and wants to stay involved as those products evolve.



This is not a short contract or quick gig.

The goal is to work with someone who wants to stay involved over time as we launch and grow multiple projects.

You probably enjoy:

• Building complete applications, not just isolated components

• Thinking about architecture and long-term maintainability

• Solving business problems through software

• Working independently without heavy management

• Communicating clearly and reliably



You should be comfortable working across the stack and taking ownership of meaningful parts of a system.



Types of systems we build



Our work usually involves things like:

• internal business platforms

• workflow and process automation

• web applications used by teams or clients

• API integrations between services

• tools that improve operational efficiency



These projects often start small and evolve into more sophisticated systems over time.



Engagement details



We prefer to start with a small weekly commitment so both sides can get comfortable working together.



Typical starting point:

• around 5 hours per week

• compensation in the range of $4K – $8K depending on experience and involvement



If the collaboration works well, the scope can naturally expand.
