About the job
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Traqly as an early technical hire. You’ll work closely with the founders and play a key role in evolving the product as we scale.
Our platform has been built with the help of an external development partner, and this role will work alongside them initially, helping us move faster, improve the product day-to-day, and ensure a smooth transition to more in-house ownership over time.

This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and impact.

What you'll do:

Own and build core product functionality shipped directly to users
Work across frontend and backend to move quickly and ship practical solutions
Take increasing ownership of the existing codebase and help guide its evolution
Translate rough ideas and customer feedback into usable product features
Work closely with real users to identify pain points and drive improvements quickly
Improve onboarding and core workflows as we scale usage
Make thoughtful technical decisions across architecture, tooling, and integrations
Partner with our external development team to ensure a smooth transition to greater in-house ownership
What We’re Looking For

Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer
Comfortable working across frontend and backend in a production environment
Able to jump into an existing codebase and make meaningful improvements
Product-minded; you care about solving real problems, not just writing code
Comfortable in an early-stage environment where priorities evolve quickly
Clear communicator who enjoys working closely with non-technical teammates
Nice to have (not required):

Startup or early-stage experience
Experience collaborating with external engineering teams or agencies
Some familiarity with deployment or infrastructure basics
