TSV is partnering with a late‑stage Healthcare Technology startup in the PBM space to hire a hands on Full Stack Engineer who thrives in fast‑moving, product‑focused environments.



The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:

Feature development, troubleshooting, and debugging
Database optimization and writing efficient stored procedures
Cache management and performance tuning
Kendo UI, JavaScript, TypeScript
Azure Cloud


A background in Healthcare Tech or PBM is strongly preferred.



In this role, you’ll diagnose complex issues across the stack, optimize database performance, manage caching strategies, and contribute to building a scalable, high‑performing application.



Requirements:

2-5 years of hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management.
Expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, SQL, and stored procedures. 
Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for problem-solving at the database layer. 
Experience in Healthcare Tech or PBM domain. 
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues. 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth startup setting. 
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
