Your Role at Pienso We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will both drive the development of our custom Angular component library and play a key role in building new features across our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to deliver a cohesive, scalable, and high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, reusable Angular component library that meets the needs of our platform and delights end-users. Lead the integration of the component library across the platform application, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance. Build new full-stack platform features end-to-end, from frontend interfaces to backend APIs and data layers. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into robust, production-ready components and features, and ensure technical feasibility. Establish and enforce front-end coding standards, component architecture patterns, and documentation practices for the library. Participate in code reviews, contributing to the improvement of internal standards and ensuring component quality and reusability. Prototype and iterate on components and platform features based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing. Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through effective architecture and caching strategies. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Angular, front-end architecture, component design systems, and full-stack development. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Angular, with demonstrated experience building or consuming component libraries or design systems. Solid understanding of Angular architecture including modules, services, directives, and change detection strategies. Proficiency with Node.js or similar backend technologies, with experience designing and building production APIs and services. Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and alternatives. Experience with CSS architecture and design token systems to support consistent, themeable component styling. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and their implementation in reusable UI components. Familiarity with RESTful API design and development. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and modern deployment practices. Experience with Docker or similar container technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Prior experience in a startup environment.
