Objectionly is a B2B AI software company that reads sales call data by integrating with call recording softwares to understand why prospects buy/don't buy, so companies can save time doing call review & understand how to iterate their sales and marketing processes. We primarily work with SMB to mid market companies. We're currently helping companies process & analyze thousands of calls per day and growing very rapidly. 



Role Description



This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. You will design, build, test, and maintain product features across our entire stack, spanning a modern React/TypeScript frontend, a C#/.NET backend, and a managed relational database layer hosted in the cloud.

Daily work includes shipping end-to-end features, building reliable APIs, improving performance, resolving production issues, and partnering with leadership to shape product direction. You'll contribute to architecture decisions and integration work across frontend, backend, and data services.



Qualifications



Minimum qualifications:



4+ years of experience building production web applications with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
3+ years of experience with React in production environments
3+ years of experience building backend services with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core)
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, migrations)
Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms
Experience with testing, debugging, and maintaining software in a team environment
Experience working in a remote, cross-functional product team


Preferred qualifications:



5+ years of full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
Experience with our stack: Next.js, C#/.NET APIs, and Supabase/Postgres
Experience with tRPC, Drizzle ORM, and TanStack React Query
Experience implementing authentication and authorization in SaaS products (e.g., JWT, role-based access, row-level security)
Experience building AI-integrated product features, including LLM workflows, evaluation, and reliability improvements
Experience improving application performance, observability, and production incident response
Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical projects end-to-end
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience


Compensation:

$80k-110k Salary Range
Starting at $80k/yr (W2 employee with benefits) with room to move up to $110k/yr over the next 2 years based upon performance.
0.5% Equity - 1 year cliff and 4 year vesting.
