Nova is partnered with repeat founders who’ve built, scaled, and successfully exited venture-backed companies and are now building their next startup.


They’re building a consumer product at the intersection of prediction markets and attention markets, exploring how culture, memes, and attention translate into tradable markets. The team is extremely early with real product and infrastructure already in motion.

What we’re looking for:

Backend-leaning full-stack engineer
Strong experience in Go and/or Rust
Comfortable jumping into TypeScript / React (or React Native) to ship features end-to-end
Builder mindset - thrives in ambiguity and enjoys hard technical problems
Nice to have: Solid understanding of crypto primitives (wallets, signing, RPCs)


Comp & Setup:

💰 Up to $150-250K base + meaningful equity
