We solve high-impact problems across data, operations, and analytics, bringing enterprise-grade capabilities to the factories that need them most. What You’ll Do Build full-stack features end-to-end using Golang, React, and Tailwind. Develop and maintain backend services, GraphQL/REST APIs, and data models. Create clean, responsive UI components and data-rich dashboards. Work closely with product and design to translate factory workflows into intuitive software. Implement reliable integrations with external systems (ERPs, sensors, storage, etc.). Contribute to architectural decisions around performance, scalability, and multi-tenancy. Write clean, maintainable code with solid testing and review practices. Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and continuous product improvement. Must-Have Skills Strong experience with Golang for backend development. Proficiency with Postgres (schemas, queries, indexes, optimization basics). Strong experience with React for building complex web interfaces. Solid UI skills using TailwindCSS. Ability to own features from concept → design → implementation → deployment. Great communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Hands-on experience with AI Agents — understanding agent workflows, tool-calling, orchestration, and having built or integrated agents in past projects. Demonstrated ability to leverage Agentic IDEs (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and iterate faster. Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with manufacturing, quality, IoT, or industrial systems. Familiarity with workflow engines, distributed systems, or data pipelines. Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures. Experience with charting libraries, time-series data, or analytics interfaces. Understanding of event-driven architectures, queues, and async processing (SQS, SNS, Kafka, etc.). Understanding of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo). Why Join BrixIQ Build software that directly impacts real factories and real products. Work with a small, highly capable team that values craftsmanship and speed. High ownership: your work shapes the product and the company. Competitive compensation, autonomy, and strong growth opportunities.
