We’re on the hunt for a Remote Developer to help build LLM, Chatbots, Predictive Search, and MCP, who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and make an impact.


You’ll join our energetic marketing development team, where you’ll help power high-traffic websites, cutting-edge web apps, and build AI/LLM systems. If you’re passionate about clean code, modern frameworks, and solving real problems, this is your chance to grow your skills while working on projects that matter!

Salary Range - 90K-125K depending on experience


Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT preferred.
2+ years' real-world experience with CURRENT company 
Experience building agents, automations, or workflows that can decide what to do next.
You have worked with embeddings, Vector/ RAG, or conversational memory beyond a demo.
You have built automations that run unattended and recover from failure.
Ideally you have experience with Python, Javascript/Typescript (SvelteKit / Next.js), SQL, Bash, Docker.
Experience with multi-step prompts, controlling or mapping various outputs, understand context windows, token limits, truncation risks, and can debug why a model failed, not just retry it.
You understand api orchestration, webhooks, async workflows, cron / background jobs and event-driven systems.
Looking for well-rounded developers who are strong critical thinkers, passionate learners, and excellent teammates.
