We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications and mobile app. You should be comfortable with all layers of the technology stack and be capable of turning ideas into functional, scalable, and secure digital solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications and mobile app. You should be comfortable with all layers of the technology stack and be capable of turning ideas into functional, scalable, and secure digital solutions. This role is currently a Fulltime/Parttime flexible, Equity-Based Compensation role, with future salary negotiations post-funding.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Experience with back-end technologies: Python, Node.js, Java, Ruby, PHP, or similar.
Familiarity with databases: SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of API development, security, and authentication (OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
Understanding of agile development methodologies.
