Full Stack Developer (P21 Focus)

Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000



NextPlay Jobs is proud to be partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing company to hire a Full Stack Developer with strong technical depth and hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).



This role sits on a high-impact engineering team and has become a priority due to the departure of a team member with deep P21 expertise. The organization is looking for a developer who can contribute immediately within the P21 ecosystem while also operating as a strong, well-rounded full stack engineer.



While this is a remote-friendly role, P21 experience is currently the highest priority requirement.



What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and support full stack applications in a .NET environment
Work directly within and around Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
Build and maintain APIs to support internal systems and integrations
Develop and support front-end and back-end components
Write and optimize complex SQL queries and manage data interactions
Contribute to system enhancements, performance improvements, and ongoing ERP-related initiatives
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions


Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
Strong full stack development experience
Proficiency with:
ASP.NET / .NET MVC
C#
SQL / Microsoft SQL Server
API development and integrations
Experience working across both front-end and back-end development
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-focused


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
ERP integration and customization experience
Experience modernizing legacy ERP-connected applications
