Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
Design serverless backend architectures for real-time, event-driven workflows.
Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.
Implement APIs (GraphQL and REST) and integrate with cloud services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and continuous integration workflows.
Monitor and optimize application performance across the stack.



Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Express, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind).
Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and AppSync.
Experience with GraphQL and RESTful API design.
Understanding of serverless architectures and event-driven programming.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Vitest) and version control (Git).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.



Preferred Attributes

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in distributed teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience building tools for workforce, asset, or production management is a plus.
