Position Title: Full Stack Developer (with WASM Experience) Location Information Remote / Kansas City, MO (KCMO) Position Responsibilities: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with specialized experience in WebAssembly (WASM) and GoLang to support and enhance a dynamic, complex platform with an emphasis on both front-end and back-end modernizations. In this role, you will: Design, build, and implement features and enhancements across the entire application stack, with an eye toward modular, scalable solutions. Integrate WebAssembly (WASM) front-end components into existing GoLang-based systems, modernizing platform capabilities and ensuring high performance across browsers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including UX designers, product managers, QA specialists, and back-end engineers—to deliver user-centric solutions that align with business requirements. Refactor and re-architect legacy systems leveraging modern web technologies, supporting the addition of collaborative editing and real-time functionality. Deliver reusable, efficient, and testable code in JavaScript, Node.js, and GoLang, adhering to best practices for maintainability and performance. Contribute to Agile/Scrum activities, including participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment planning. Troubleshoot complex cross-stack issues, optimizing code for quality, robustness, and scalability. Essential Skills, Experience To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience. Significant hands-on development experience in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and GoLang. Expertise implementing and integrating WebAssembly (WASM) components, with an understanding of cross-browser behaviors and performance considerations. Experience architecting and consuming RESTful APIs and working knowledge of GraphQL. Solid familiarity with serverless architectures and modern cloud development paradigms. Demonstrated use of CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and fluency in Agile/Scrum development environments. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a passion for optimization and code quality. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical discipline (or equivalent demonstrated experience). Relevant certifications in front-end/back-end technologies, cloud computing, or DevOps practices are a plus. Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative Agile team environment.
