Full Stack .NET Developer

(Homegrown Logistics System | .NET | Azure DevOps | Data Mapping | UI/UX | ERP Integration)


Position Overview

Our client, a logistics company with a homegrown enterprise system, is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to support ongoing SIT testing, stabilize existing functionality, and accelerate enhancements across both front-end and back-end systems. This individual must be highly technical, detail-oriented, and able to diagnose and resolve issues quickly across the full stack.


Non-Negotiable Requirements

Candidates must meet all of the following to be considered:
Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC (3–7 years minimum)
Azure DevOps experience (source control, pipelines, work tracking)
Experience with data mapping and data transformation
Ability to rapidly debug issues and deploy fixes in SIT/UAT environments
Strong SQL Server experience
True full-stack experience (front-end and back-end)
Hands-on UI/UX implementation experience (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery)
Experience working in small, fast-moving development teams
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with PM and QA teams


Responsibilities

Analysis and Planning

Review and clarify new requirements and change requests
Participate in daily requirement discussions
Estimate effort for enhancements and new features
Document business rules and analyze cross-application impact
Application Development

Develop and enhance solutions using C#, .NET Core, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery
Build responsive UI components from wireframes
Perform data mapping and integration with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Follow coding standards and ensure development quality
UI/UX Development

Create responsive UI layouts
Resolve UI issues and integrate UI with backend services
Ensure cross-browser compatibility
Collaboration and Documentation

Participate in daily standups and team meetings
Document changes, deployment steps, and rollback plans
UAT and Deployment

Support SIT and UAT testing
Package builds and create deployment scripts
Validate production deployments and perform smoke testing
Required Skills and Experience

3–7 years of full stack .NET development
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC
Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with REST APIs and Web Services
Strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns
Experience with Azure DevOps
Nice to Have

Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Experience with ReactJS
Experience in logistics or supply chain industries
