We’re hiring: Frontend Engineer (React / Web, Mobile a Plus)

Ciphertext Solutions builds secure, cloud-native fintech platforms for banks and credit unions. We’re SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliant, operate at scale, and value quality, automation, and thoughtful product design.


We’re looking for a product-minded Frontend Engineer with strong React and modern web experience to build high-performance, customer-facing interfaces across web—and potentially mobile. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys ownership, and wants real influence over user experience.


What you’ll do

Build scalable UIs with React, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js (SSR/SSG)
Create reusable, accessible, high-performance components
Integrate with REST APIs and headless CMSs (e.g., Strapi)
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on UX and architecture
Contribute to testing, CI/CD, and production support
Help uphold fintech-grade security, performance, and reliability
Optionally build mobile apps/SDKs using Kotlin Multiplatform (experience a plus, not required)


What we’re looking for

5+ years building production frontends with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
Strong Next.js experience
Experience with APIs and secure frontend practices
Comfort working cross-functionally in Agile teams
Mobile, fintech, GCP, or regulated-environment experience is a plus
