Role Overview

We are looking for a design-sensitive Front-End Developer to join our team in building and scaling complex SaaS enterprise workflow applications. You won't just be "chopping up" mockups; you’ll be the bridge between design and engineering. While you’ll work from high-fidelity designs provided by our UX team, you will have the autonomy to experiment with micro-interactions, layout refinements, and code-based prototyping to ensure a premium user experience.


Key Responsibilities

Implement Complex UI: Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces for
enterprise-scale workflow tools.
Bridge Design & Code: Translate Figma/Sketch mockups into clean, maintainable code
while exercising creative judgment on transitions, spacing, and usability.
Maintain Design Systems: Work extensively with systems like Material Design or
Bootstrap, ensuring consistency across a massive application footprint.
Optimize SaaS Workflows: Simplify complex data-heavy tasks into intuitive, lightning-fast
user journeys.
Collaborate & Experiment: Partner closely with designers to suggest UI improvements and
technical optimizations during the implementation phase.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–4 years of professional front-end development, specifically on SaaS or
enterprise-level platforms.
The Basics: Mastery of Modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
Frameworks: Proficiency in at least one modern framework (React is a strong plus), with the
ability to adapt to new stacks.
Design Fluency: A deep understanding of design systems, typography, and grid layouts.
You should "see" when a pixel is out of place.
Problem Solving: Experience handling the state management and performance challenges
of large-scale web applications.
