About the job What we are looking for: We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer with deep experience in AI/ML and computer vision, and a strong interest in multimodal and agentic systems. Type of person: This role is for a hands-on builders who ship quickly, maintain collaborative documentation, stay close to research, and enjoy turning cutting-edge ideas into working systems. You should be comfortable designing, building, and maintaining multi-agent AI architectures, working with model containers, and rapidly prototyping demos that can go from concept to production-ready in a matter of days or weeks. Deep company value: As a founding engineer, you’ll play a core role in developing agentic AI systems optimized for memory-intensive workloads, running rigorous evaluations, and solving complex human motion and video understanding problems with high accuracy and precision. Working directly with the CTO Jump directly into building, orchestrating, and evaluating multi-agent AI frameworks Fine-tune and evaluate video and multimodal reasoning models in multi-GPU environments Design and optimize agentic AI architectures, including memory-aware and long-context systems Build fast, compelling demos and iterate quickly based on feedback Own cloud deployment, containerization, and system maintenance for models and services Work closely with the founding team to shape both technical direction and product vision TLDR; Strong background in AI/ML, with hands-on experience in computer vision Experience building or orchestrating multi-agent systems Familiarity with model containerization, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines Ability to move fast—from prototype to shipped demo—without sacrificing rigor Curiosity for research and the ability to translate papers into production systems
