We’re building an AI-native, retail-first global investing super app — starting with brokerage and expanding into copy trading, prediction markets, and eventually hedge-fund-like access for retail. This is a core founding role. You will own the technical backbone of what could become the next Robinhood.

What You’ll Do

Architect and build the core brokerage platform end-to-end (front, middle, back office)
Design and implement order management systems (OMS) and execution workflows
Build and scale real-time market data infrastructure
Work directly with founders on abstract ideas and turn them into shippable, regulator-safe systems
Lead and mentor a small, elite engineering team
Make foundational technical decisions that will last for years
What We’re Looking For

Deep expertise in financial markets (at least one: stocks, bonds, options, commodities)
Strong understanding of OMS, clearing, settlement, custody, and broker-dealer architecture
Solid knowledge of stock exchanges, market structure, and low-latency data systems
Prior experience leading a small group of engineers
Proven ability to ship fast and build from ambiguity to detail
Extreme ownership mentality and ambition to build a world-class financial platform
