8+ years shipping full-stack products
Extensive React Native mobile development experience
Solid experience working across AWS services
Strong management experience, with the ability to have tough conversations and drive change
Strong ability to ship a 4.5 to 5 start consumer application
Must have triage scaling issues during launch and stabilizing the audience and improving feature set
Desired Skills & Experience
Background in gaming, sweepstakes or regulated environments
Strong leadership skills
