I’m building a new enterprise software platform in a complex, rules-driven industry I’ve worked in for over a decade.
We’re taking a legacy category and rebuilding it AI-first from the ground up.
This is not a lightweight SaaS tool. It’s a structured data + rules engine + document generation + AI validation platform that will need to scale to enterprise customers from day one.

I’m looking for a Founding Head of Engineering to architect this correctly from zero.
What you’d own:
– System architecture (backend, data model, AI layer, infra)
– Designing a scalable multi-tenant platform
– Leading a small but strong engineering team
– Translating product vision into shipped software
– Building AI into the core — not bolting it on
You should:
– Have 8+ years in serious B2B SaaS
– Have owned architecture decisions before
– Be comfortable building structured, rules-heavy systems
– Have led engineers
– Think long-term about technical debt
This is a founding-level role with meaningful equity.
