About the job
We are hiring a Founding Full-Stack AI Software Engineer who is energized by shipping real agentic products that change patient and provider lives. This role is ideal for an engineer who prefers building and iterating over debating abstractions, and who wants to operate in a lean, high-performing environment with meaningful ownership across the stack.





What You’ll Own

End-to-End Full-Stack Ownership
Build, ship, and maintain features across the full stack: frontend, backend, agents, models, databases, and cloud infrastructure
Comfortably move between React components, API endpoints, Postgres queries, and AWS configuration
Own problems end-to-end without artificial “swim lanes”
AI in Production (Pragmatic, Not Experimental)
Build and deploy production-grade AI systems, not demos
Integrate LLMs (e.g., RAG pipelines, agents, workflow automation) into real user and operational workflows
Design systems with an understanding of non-deterministic behavior, reliability tradeoffs, and human-in-the-loop requirements
Automation-First Engineering
Relentlessly eliminate manual work
Identify operational or administrative workflows that can be automated and build systems to replace them
Help realize a core company goal: running a medical practice with zero administrative overhead
Product-Minded Execution
Build healthcare software that is consumer-grade, intuitive, and modern
Care deeply about UX and usability; refuse to ship clunky, legacy-style interfaces
Collaborate closely with design and product to ensure technical decisions improve the user experience
Lean Team Contribution
Operate effectively in a small, high-performing team with limited process and high trust
Set the bar for ownership, velocity, and pragmatic decision-making
Contribute to early technical standards and engineering culture through action, not documentation
