Title: Founding Full-Stack (Software + Systems) Engineer


Compensation: Contract + Equity
Location: Remote (USA/NYC)


Role Summary:



You’re the technical co-builder. You architect the digital infrastructure that supports R&D, internal tooling, product development, and long-term tech innovation.


Core Responsibilities:



Build and maintain secure internal systems, data tools, and prototype software


Create early digital components that support comfort-technology R&D


Establish engineering documentation, versioning, and IP-safe workflows


Design MVP tools for testing, measuring, and analyzing mechanical/biomechanics inputs


Collaborate with R&D engineers to integrate hardware + software insights


Set technical standards and help shape the company’s engineering culture


Key Qualifications:



5+ years full-stack engineering experience


Strong in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, cloud (AWS/GCP)


Experience building internal tools, prototypes, or hardware-software integrations


Familiarity with data modeling (biomechanics/IoT/wearables data is a bonus)


Strong founder mentality: autonomous, fast, precise
