Try Premium for PKR0 About the job Company Description Nugget helps founders and GTM teams turn social media into a revenue channel. We monitor LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Reddit for high-value engagement opportunities, then use AI to generate authentic, context-aware comments, DMs, and emails that spark real conversations. Role Description You'd be the first engineer joining the founder. This isn't a "build features from a spec" role - you'll shape the product, the architecture, and the engineering culture from the ground up. Stack - Strong with React + TypeScript. You've built real products, not just followed tutorials. - Comfortable with backend work - API design, database queries, auth flows. Full-stack means full-stack. - Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL (RLS, migrations, functions). - Can work with LLM APIs - prompt design, model selection, cost/quality tradeoffs. - Writes clean, readable code without over-engineering. You know when three lines of code beat a premature abstraction. - Self-directed. You can take a vague problem, break it down, and ship a solution without waiting for detailed specs. How We Work - Async-first - Fully remote. No daily standups, no recurring meetings for the sake of meetings. Written communication, documented decisions, and focused deep work. - Quality bar is high - Tests, error handling, and clean git history. We don't ship code we wouldn't want to debug at 2 am. - Ship fast, ship small - One feature per PR, incremental progress, frequent deploys. - AI-native workflow - We use Claude Code, Codex, and other LLM-assisted development daily. You should be comfortable working alongside AI tools, not afraid of them. Compensation - $300-400k base salary depending on skill level. - Generous equity package and perks.
