Your focus
Build a cutting-edge agent platform that makes it easy for anyone to build with AI
Architect scalable infrastructure to serve millions of personalized experiences across thousands of customer websites in real-time
Develop a platform for intelligent insights and self-improving systems that help users understand engagement and automatically improve experiences
Ideal candidate
Must-haves:

2+ years of software engineering experience
Experience building user-facing web applications
Empathy for non-technical users and commitment to great UX
Nice-to-haves:

Experience building AI applications with LLMs
Experience with AI-native development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, and databases
Backend expertise with a focus on developing data-intensive applications at scale
