About the Role

LegacyCore Holdings is hiring a Founding Backend Engineer to help extend and scale ArcAI Systems, our governed, multi‑tenant AI runtime. We’ve already built the core runtime, governance layer, tool execution engine, lineage system, and multi‑tenant architecture. Now we’re expanding the team to accelerate integrations, deepen the governance model, and prepare the platform for enterprise‑grade deployments.

This is a contract role with the opportunity to convert into a founding employee with equity.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll collaborate directly with the founder to build and extend:

- The ArcAI governance kernel (allow/block/confirm cycles)  
- The agent runtime and constitutional enforcement logic  
- The tool execution engine and safety boundaries  
- The multi‑tenant architecture (tenant isolation, sovereignty, profiles)  
- The lineage + memory system (audit trails, action history, identity)  
- Enterprise integrations (reliability adjudicators, cloud systems, APIs)  
- Voice, chat, and API interfaces for agent interaction  

You’ll be working on a real, functioning system — not a prototype — and helping shape the next phase of its evolution.

- 5+ years backend engineering experience

- Ability to take ownership and ship quickly
