Founding AI Systems Engineer


WeltaAI is a Bay Area B2B startup building autonomous AI marketing agents for DTC brands and B2B companies. We're looking for a Founding AI Systems Engineer to design and build our multi-agent platform from the ground up.
Remote friendly. Competitive pay + equity.


Requirements:
Experience with multi-agent architectures, tool use, and sub-agent design
Hands-on experience with LLM API integration, RAG, and tool agents
Distributed systems design experience with model training/fine-tuning
Proficient in Python, with strong PyTorch or TensorFlow skills
Familiar with JAX / NumPy
3-5 years experience
Bonus:
Agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
Data flow tools (Kafka, Airflow, etc.)
GPU inference / LLM optimization
Martech / Adtech background
