The Mission

Xenios is building the operating system for the world's best health coaches. Our platform combines AI-powered productivity tools for elite personal trainers, integrated telemedicine services (GLP-1, TRT, hormone optimization), and deep EHR connectivity with Epic and Cerner.

We have over 200 letters of intent from elite coaches, including trainers for Drake, Kevin Hart, and NBA athletes, plus strategic partnerships with Ultrahuman and Mito Health. Our CTO brings $710M+ in healthcare exits. We are pre-seed, actively fundraising, and the MVP you help build is the catalyst for that raise.

We are currently assembling our founding engineering team and looking for the right people to build with us from day one.

What You Will Build

This is not a typical engineering role. We need someone who can build the product and build the internal AI systems that let a small team operate like a company 10x its size. Think Ramp's Inspect agent, Legion Health's unified ops interface, and Giga ML's Atlas, but purpose-built for health coaching infrastructure.

Specifically:

Agentic coaching intelligence systems: background AI loops that autonomously generate client check-ins, flag health risks, draft programming, and surface real-time insights for coaches.

Internal AI infrastructure: the sandboxed agents, automated pipelines, and tooling that allow Xenios to ship like a much larger team. You will build the systems that build our software.

Telemedicine and EHR integration: HIPAA-compliant data flows connecting our platform to Epic, Cerner, and clinical telemedicine providers for GLP-1 and hormone therapy workflows.

Multi-modal AI features: voice-enabled coaching assistants, RAG-powered health history retrieval, LLM-driven client progress summaries, and real-time biometric interpretation from wearable partners.

Secure, compliant data architecture: HIPAA, SOC 2, BAA agreements, audit trails, and role-based access across coaches, clients, and clinicians.

Scalable multi-tenant infrastructure: built to serve thousands of coaches, each with hundreds of clients, at speed and with zero-downtime deployments.

Who We Are Looking For

You have built real production AI systems, not demos. You understand that a small team with the right internal infrastructure can outcompete teams 10x their size, and you want to be the person who builds that.

5+ years building and shipping production AI/ML systems to real users at scale.

Deep experience with agentic architectures: background agents, multi-step reasoning loops, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers like Temporal or equivalent.

Healthcare or regulated industry experience. You have navigated HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, BAA agreements, and audit logging in a real production environment.

Platform builder mentality. You have built multi-tenant SaaS products, not just features. You think in systems.

Full-stack fluency: strong Python backend, comfortable with modern frontend when needed, experienced with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

EHR and health data experience is a strong plus: FHIR, HL7, Epic App Orchard, or Cerner SMART on FHIR experience will set you apart significantly.

Founding team mentality. You thrive in ambiguity, ship with speed, own your work entirely, and care about what you are building and why.
