Help clinicians and hospitals get paid accurately, consistently, and transparently. The Role: As the founding AI engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the core systems from the ground up. From early architectural decisions to hands-on model development, you’ll shape how pricing intelligence is designed, delivered, and scaled. If you're excited by messy data, complex logic, and infrastructure with real-world impact, this is your kind of zero-to-one challenge. What You’ll Do: Parse and structure messy, semi-structured documents like PDFs, contracts, and policies Design normalization layers and unified schemas across complex healthcare datasets Build pricing logic models including rules, entities, timelines, and versioning Combine rules-based engines with ML-driven validation and anomaly detection Develop production-grade APIs for real-time and batch repricing Build systems with a focus on explainability, auditability, and accuracy Own architectural decisions and tech direction from day one What You’ll Bring: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL Experience converting unstructured or semi-structured data into structured outputs Familiarity with rules engines, workflow automation, or pricing logic Proven track record of developing robust APIs Strong testing, monitoring, and observability practices Curiosity for complex systems and a genuine interest in healthcare infrastructure Why Join?
