Forward Deployed Software Engineer



US / Canada - Remote



$180K-$250K base + equity



My client is made up of a team of engineers from Palantir, Scale AI, McKinsey and other top-tier tech groups, building high-impact data and AI solutions for major orgs. They move with product-startup speed, focus on practical outcomes and work across finance, defence and healthtech.


You’ll work directly with customers to understand their most important problems, then design and build end-to-end solutions that drive real operational impact. The role blends engineering, product thinking and close collaboration with operators and executives.


What You’ll Do:

Build workflows, applications and data products using Python or TypeScript
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets
Embed with users to understand real workflows and pain points
Ship quickly, iterate fast and deliver measurable outcomes
Build across modern data and AI platforms (AIP, Foundry, cloud)


Looking For:

Strong Python or TypeScript
Experience working with large datasets
Ability to own solutions end-to-end
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders
Fast, practical, outcome-oriented problem solver
