The Mission



Quome is at an inflection point. We are currently scaling from $1M ARR toward a $10M–$20M revenue target this year. The strategy is working, the pipeline is surging, and we are ready to "flip on the gas."



We are looking for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who thrive on execution. This isn't a "back-office" coding role. You will be on the front lines, embedded with our most ambitious customers, translating high-level business needs into deployed AI reality.



The Opportunity



At Quome, we don't just build software; we deploy intelligence. We are in a critical 6–8 month window of market arbitrage, and your role is to lock in the 12-month enterprise deals that will define our category.

Junior FDEs: Own 1–2 key customer engagements, ensuring flawless technical delivery and support.
Senior FDEs: Manage 3–4 complex accounts, identifying product patterns that can be automated into our core SaaS offering.
Staff FDEs: Lead 5+ high-stakes enterprise relationships, architecting the future of our technical strategy and mentoring the broader team.


The Daily Reality

Direct Impact: You are the bridge between SRE, Customer Success, and Product. If a customer has a technical hurdle, you are the one who clears it.
Rapid Iteration: We prioritize "speed to value." You will build, break, and fix things in real-time to meet the demands of a $60k+ MRR growth spurt.
Product Influence: You’ll feed real-world behaviors back to our core team, ensuring our SaaS product evolves based on actual human usage, not just assumptions.

A Technical Closer: You have the engineering chops to build complex systems and the communication skills to explain them to a C-suite executive.
High Agency: You don't wait for a ticket. You see a gap in the customer experience and you build the bridge.
Comfort with Chaos: You enjoy the "0 to 1" phase. You’re excited by the prospect of helping a company 10x its revenue in a single year.
Versatile: You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, from SRE/Support to pure feature development.
