Growth Cab is hiring an End-to-End Systems Engineer



We’re building AI-driven GTM infrastructure and need someone who can connect systems, ship clean code, and keep everything running reliably end-to-end. This role sits between product, data, and automation.


What you'll do

Build and maintain full-stack features across our internal tools and AI product.
Integrate third-party services (APIs, enrichment providers, outbound platforms).
Design and implement reliable data flows between backend, frontend, and automation layers.
Debug complex issues across the stack and improve system performance.
Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to translate needs into working systems.


What we're looking for

Strong full-stack experience (TypeScript/Node.js preferred; Python is a plus).
Solid experience working with APIs, webhooks, and external integrations.
Comfort with modern frontend frameworks (React or similar).
Systems thinking: you design for reliability, scale, and maintainability.
Bonus: exposure to AI workflows, data pipelines, or GTM tooling.
