Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include: Exceptional at all duties below the level of Product Development – Engineering Analyst. Excellent understanding of SDLC, processes, and tools. Experienced in going through these cycles many times and possibly in varied domains. Produces quality working maintainable code on time with minimal supervision and minimal technical guidance. Able to quickly narrow down the root cause of issues when troubleshooting with minimal assistance - rarely asking for help. Involved in design discussions from a technical standpoint, taking many factors into consideration. Able to take on responsibilities outside of the traditional engineer role when necessary. Proficient in applying new patterns and techniques - able to produce "novel" (non-cookie cutter) code. Begins to show initiative and demonstrate maturing development practices. May serve as a mentor for other engineers by sharing their experience and expertise. Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience/Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 2 to 4 years of experience REQUIRED working in a .Net environment at an enterprise-level Working Knowledge of an Object Oriented programming language Angular familiarity would be a plus Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving collaborative environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution Must be able to act both independently and as a team member Willingness to learn and accept mentoring Requirements added by the job poster • 2+ years of work experience with .NET Framework
