If you love automating everything, optimizing developer workflows, and working with cutting-edge DevOps tooling, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Install, configure, and maintain enterprise CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus/Artifactory, and SonarQube Lead tool modernization and migration efforts (e.g., Jenkins → GitHub Actions, repository restructuring, pipeline standardization, plugin upgrades) Build scalable, cloud-native CI/CD infrastructure using Terraform, Helm charts, and automation frameworks Develop scripts and automation for tool provisioning, integration, and convergence across teams Partner with developers and platform teams to enhance build, test, and release workflows Operate with a builder mindset—less focus on infra support, more on workflow engineering and automation Work autonomously to deliver end-to-end solutions that increase velocity, stability, and developer satisfaction Tech Stack CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub (Enterprise/Cloud), SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory Cloud & IaC: Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes (nice to have) Scripting: Groovy, Bash, Python, YAML Development Languages: Java or similar (bonus) What Makes You a Great Fit Strong DevOps mindset with full-stack fundamentals Hands-on experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines at scale Ability to independently run migrations and tool consolidation efforts Comfortable owning installations, configurations, and integrations end-to-end Passion for automation, clean engineering practices, and improving developer experience Why Join Us You’ll be part of a transformation journey—driving CI/CD modernization, creating reusable automation patterns, and shaping how engineering teams ship software.
