Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies Establish controls and procedures to protect sensitive data, including financial information and financial records. Lead the cybersecurity function in the monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to security threats. Design and maintain an incident response plan and disaster recovery strategy to minimize impact on operations and customer trust in the event of a security breach. Manage cybersecurity awareness training for all employees to prevent security lapses and foster a culture of security. Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities; prioritize remediation based on risk assessment. Collaborate closely with developers and operations departments to ensure cybersecurity measures align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
