About the Role
We are building a secure, AI-assisted instructional reflection platform for K–12 districts. The system processes classroom lesson recordings and generates structured, evidence-based feedback reports to support professional growth.

We are seeking a contract full-stack engineer to support MVP build and pilot implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently execute assigned features from design through deployment and testing, clear scope, and building meaningful education-focused products.

Responsibilities

Develop frontend application (React / Next.js preferred)
Implement secure user authentication
Design and manage cloud-based database structure
Build secure media upload workflows using cloud storage
Implement serverless backend functions
Integrate third-party AI services for transcript processing and structured analysis
Build structured reporting interface (web-based + PDF export)
Maintain secure access controls and role-based permissions
Support iterative feature refinement during pilot
Required Qualifications

3+ years full-stack development experience
Experience building cloud-based applications
Experience with serverless architectures
Familiarity with secure file/media uploads
Strong understanding of API integrations
Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
Engagement Details

15–20 hours per week
Remote contract role
Initial 3-month engagement
Budget range: $3,000–$4,000 per month
