Role Description

We are seeking a Co-founder AI Engineer for a remote role. As a Co-founder AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI solutions, developing algorithms, and optimizing the platform to enhance its functionality. You will collaborate with the founding team to shape the product roadmap, conduct research to improve AI capabilities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with the company’s vision. You will also play a key role in refining the company's value proposition and supporting strategic business decisions.


Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to design, implement, and evaluate AI models and algorithms
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Experience in sales and marketing to contribute to the growth and scaling of the company
Proficiency in conducting research to drive innovation and improve platform capabilities
Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in AI development and product design, especially in SaaS or proposal management solutions, is a plus
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar technologies
