About the role
Skills: Python, Redis, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Evolve the foundation: You will help us transform our data layer into a mature and battle-tested system. You will build pipelines to extract context from third-party tools and normalize it into a queryable organizational knowledge base.
Build "Agent-Ready" interfaces: You aren't just building APIs for a frontend; you are building tools for AI agents. You will abstract away the complexities of external platforms into reliable, clean interfaces that our AI agents can control autonomously.
Orchestrate async workflows: We use sleep-time compute cycles to analyze data when users aren't looking. You will manage the worker infrastructure that allows agents to plan cycles, execute sub-tasks, and sync data in the background.
Semantic search & RAG: You will ensure that as soon as data flows in, it is vector-embedded and ready for retrieval, keeping our AI's context window fresh.
Ship for the user: We don't optimize code just for the sake of code. You will build with a relentless focus on how the end-user experiences the product: speed, reliability, and magic.

Bond runs multi-agent AI briefing services that orchestrate specialized LLM agents to synthesize cross-platform business intelligence (Slack, Gmail, Linear, Notion) into personalized executive summaries, powered by event-driven background processing with Langfuse observability and delivered through a modern full-stack monorepo architecture on PostgreSQL/Redis infrastructure.
