We're looking for a skilled Back-End Software Engineer with strong Go experience to help us move fast, solve real-world problems, and build market-driven solutions.


What You’ll Do
As part of a small, high-performing team, you’ll own features from design through deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with back-end and front-end developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to build performant, secure, and scalable back-end systems.


Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain back-end systems using Go and related technologies.
Architect scalable, secure, and reliable services in a distributed environment.
Optimize database queries and application performance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high engineering standards.
Work closely with the product team to adapt quickly to changing requirements and market needs.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
4+ years of professional software engineering experience. Experience with enterprise products is a significant advantage.
Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
Solid understanding of SQL and ability to write and optimize queries.
Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, REST, and gRPC.
Strong testing skills (unit, integration).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Nice to Have
Experience deploying to cloud platforms (GCP preferred), using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Proven track record of delivering PoCs and MVPs in short cycles.
Understanding of monolith-to-microservices transitions or hybrid architectures.
Exposure to JavaScript/Node.js.
Familiarity with front-end applications (React is a plus).
Experience working in globally distributed teams.
