AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI & LLM Workflows

About the Role:

Our client is building enterprise-grade AI bots to transform finance operations using agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows. This role focuses on developing and deploying production-ready AI systems that integrate with ERP and EPM workflows, enabling automation, insight generation, and cross-domain decision-making.

You’ll report to a senior technical lead and play a hands-on role in shaping the architecture, workflow design, and deployment of AI bots at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy agentic AI workflows and multi-agent bots using LLMs.
Develop and maintain Python-based AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and automation.
Integrate AI systems into ERP/EPM workflows to enable actionable insights and automation.
Implement monitoring, QA, and governance frameworks to ensure reliability, auditability, and reproducibility of AI systems.
Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.
Maintain version-controlled workflows, reproducible environments, and automated deployment.
Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize LLMs and agentic AI models for enterprise-scale deployment.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong Python programming and software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPTs, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and agentic AI platforms.
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.
Understanding of ERP/EPM systems and enterprise finance workflows.
Experience designing and maintaining production-ready AI systems with testing, monitoring, and governance.
Knowledge of RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems.
Cloud AI experience (Azure, AWS, Vertex AI) is a plus.
