Role Description
We're looking for an AI Voice & Automation Developer to join our remote team! You'll build intelligent voice agents and create powerful n8n workflows that automate our clients' business operations. If you love working with cutting-edge voice AI and designing clever automations that solve real problems, this is for you.
What You'll Do


Build and optimize AI voice solutions using platforms like Vapi, Retell AI, or ElevenLabs, Telnyx
Create sophisticated n8n workflows that connect voice agents with CRMs, telephony systems, and business tools
Integrate and troubleshoot voice AI systems to ensure smooth, natural conversations
Collaborate with our team to deliver automation solutions that wow our clients


What We're Looking For


Expert in n8n – you can build complex workflows in your sleep
Experienced with AI voice platforms and conversational AI technologies
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
Comfortable with API integrations, webhooks, and telephony systems (Twilio, etc.)
Bonus points for CRM integration experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Self-motivated team player who thrives in a remote environment
Portfolio showing off your n8n and voice AI projects is a big plus!
