Job Description:



 We need a highly qualified Applied ML Engineer (Contractor) to build and deploy propensity, uplift, and engagement ML models for a real-time decisioning platform. Deliverables include production-ready models, training pipelines, monitoring, explainability artifacts, and integration support.
 
 Required Qualifications



8+ years of experience in Python, XGBoost/LightGBM, Databricks/Spark, MLflow, and feature stores.
5+ years of experience operationalizing ML in production with low-latency scoring.
5+ years of experience in using of GenAI tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot) is required.
