Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead Engineer to join a high-impact healthcare technology initiative supporting a major enterprise client. This role focuses on designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, LLM-based applications, predictive analytics, and conversational AI systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on engineering experience and the ability to lead the adoption of AI technologies across teams, building scalable, responsible AI solutions that support healthcare providers and improve digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the adoption and implementation of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and traditional machine learning approaches.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered software solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
Build responsible AI solutions that support healthcare providers while meeting regulatory and ethical standards.
Develop advanced capabilities using LLMs, predictive analytics, and automation technologies.
Lead technical initiatives related to chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP-based solutions.
Partner with product management, architects, and engineering leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategies and engineering best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on AI/ML frameworks and responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain strong operational excellence in production systems.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience
9+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience
Strong experience building solutions with LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional machine learning models
Experience developing Chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP-based systems
9+ years of experience in Web and API development
9+ years of experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Strong knowledge of security, access controls, monitoring, logging, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and production operations
