AI/ML Engineer: Early Q1 Start (Let's Talk Now!)

Are you an AI/ML Engineer who's excited about building smart, scalable solutions?
I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing tech company that's gearing up to expand their AI and machine learning capabilities in early Q1 next year. There will be different level roles available. While the position isn't officially live just yet, we're kicking off initial conversations now so that once hiring opens, you'll be at the front of the queue.
Location: EST - MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ area


What you'll be working on

You can expect to get hands-on with:
Developing and deploying machine learning models at scale

Working with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to bring AI-driven features to life

Improving model performance and shaping long-term ML strategy

Exploring new technologies and tools to keep the organisation ahead of the curve


What they're looking for

Strong experience in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar

Experience designing and training models in production environments

Solid grasp of data pipelines, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices

Someone who enjoys solving complex problems
